Communism and Christianity

Communism and Christianity

Communism: atheism, everything is determined by matter. History is the result of class struggle and material evolution.

Christianity: God is the creator, the Bible is the highest authority. God created the heavens and the earth and controls history.

Communism: Man is a higher animal. An ideal society is realized through revolution. Political power comes from the people; morality is subject to class interests, and history is the final criterion.

Christianity: New life is gained through the redemption of Jesus Christ. The source of power is that God established the government to manage order. Moral standards come from God's laws (such as the Ten Commandments).

Communism: Deny private ownership and emphasize public ownership of means of production.

Christianity: Encourage donations and sharing, but respect private property.

Communism: Realize a utopia on earth, a classless society. Change society through violent revolution, struggle, and material power.

Christianity: The Kingdom of Heaven has come, and God lives with man. How to achieve it? Rely on God's grace and inner life changes.

Christianity believes that God changes people and then affects society; communism believes in human power and does not need God.
