Taoism: The Tao is inaction, silence, and non-interference in the human world.
Christianity: The Tao becomes flesh, actively reveals and saves people (Jesus intervenes in history)
Taoism: The universe has no starting point, and it goes on and on. Follow the Tao and live forever (internal alchemy, cultivation), the process depends on cultivating the body and mind, returning to simplicity and keeping quiet. Sit quietly, do nothing, introspect, and refine qi.
Christianity: The universe has a starting point, and God created the heaven and the earth. Reconcile with God, gain eternal life, and glorify God. Christians must love God and love people.
Taoism talks about "following the way of heaven and self-cultivation"; Christianity talks about "trusting in God and being saved."
Taoism, without delving into their Tao, what exactly is it? Is there wisdom? Is there will? Is it willing to get close to people?
Or as the Bible, John 1:1 says: "In the beginning was the Tao, and the Tao was with God, and the Tao was God."
God is not asking us to explore the Tao by ourselves. The Tao is not something you cultivate, but God comes to save you. The Tao does not need to be understood, nor does it need to be cultivated. You need to accept the true Tao—Jesus Christ.
Jesus is the true Tao. People cannot reach the Tao by themselves.
