但是你听别人说话仍然困难，也很正常。
But it is also understandable that spoken English is still difficult for you.

因为：

认识一个单词 ≠ 能够听出来这个单词。
Knowing a word ≠ recognizing that word when you hear it.

所以不要停止现在的双语学习。
So do not stop your current bilingual study.

但是以后增加一个很简单的训练。
But add one simple kind of practice.

每天选我们双语文章里面的10–20句话。
Choose ten to twenty sentences from our bilingual articles each day.

先看英文。
First, read the English.

然后慢速听。
Then listen slowly.

然后不看文字再听。
Then listen again without looking at the text.

最后跟着读。
Finally, repeat after the audio.

这个过程叫做 shadowing / 跟读训练。
This process is called shadowing.

每天甚至15–20分钟都比只背单词更有帮助。
Even fifteen to twenty minutes a day can be more useful than only memorizing vocabulary.

十八、睡眠必须从“有时间再睡”变成固定项目18. Sleep Must Become a Fixed Part of the Schedule

这一点我认为不能再排在最后。
I do not think sleep can remain at the bottom of the list.

以前你的逻辑很容易变成：
Your old pattern can easily become:

工作完成以后再睡。
Sleep after work is finished.

事工完成以后再睡。
Sleep after ministry is finished.

文章完成以后再睡。
Sleep after the article is finished.

结果就是永远没有真正“完成”的时候。
The result is that there is never a true “finished” point.

所以应该反过来。
It should be reversed.

先决定什么时候停止工作，然后其他事情必须装进剩下的时间。
First decide when work stops, and then fit the other activities into the remaining time.

尤其不要再形成“凌晨才睡，四点起来跑 Lyft”的长期模式。
Especially avoid making “sleep after midnight and wake at 4:00 a.m. for Lyft” a long-term pattern.

少跑两个小时 Lyft，可能看起来少挣了一点钱。
Driving two fewer hours of Lyft may appear to reduce income.

但是如果精神和身体好一点，你做网站、找工作、谈客户和家庭生活都会更有效率。
But if your mind and body function better, your website work, job search, customer conversations, and family life can all become more effective.

十九、一个现实的每日结构19. A Realistic Daily Structure

我会比较倾向于这样的原则，而不是把一天塞满。
I would prefer this general structure instead of filling every minute of the day.

睡眠：固定优先。
Sleep: fixed priority.

稳定工作或主要挣钱项目：一天的核心时间。
Stable work or the main income activity: the core work block of the day.

英语：30–45分钟。
English: 30–45 minutes.

网络事工：60–90分钟。
Online ministry: 60–90 minutes.

家庭读经祷告：20–30分钟。
Family Bible reading and prayer: 20–30 minutes.

Lyft / Instacart：只在真正有空或者需要补收入的时候做。
Lyft / Instacart: only when you truly have free time or need extra income.

这个结构看起来挣钱时间少了一些。
This structure may look like it has fewer working hours.

但是实际上更可能长期坚持。
But it is much more likely to be sustainable.

二十、如果我是你，我接下来只做五件事情20. If I Were in Your Position, I Would Focus on Only Five Things Next

第一，继续寻找20–30小时左右的稳定工作。
First, continue looking for a stable job of around 20–30 hours per week.

目标优先是网站、电脑、打印、仓库、Shipping、中文客服和教会技术工作。
Prioritize website, computer, printing, warehouse, shipping, Chinese customer service, and church technical work.

第二，把泳池客户发展到5个附近稳定客户。
Second, build up to five stable nearby pool customers.

暂时不要为了一个客户开车很远。
Do not drive a long distance just for one customer.

第三，把网站、Wi-Fi、电脑、打印机和监控整合成一个“华人家庭技术服务”。
Third, combine websites, Wi-Fi, computers, printers, and security cameras into one “Chinese Home Tech Service.”

这样宣传一次，就不是卖一种服务。
Then one advertisement is not selling only one service.

第四，Lyft和Instacart降级成补充收入。
Fourth, downgrade Lyft and Instacart to supplemental income.

哪里有空，哪里需要现金，再使用。
Use them when there is free time or when extra cash is needed.

第五，每周只给一个长期数字项目固定几个小时。
Fifth, give only one long-term digital project a few fixed hours each week.

例如先做 Skyrim 双语字幕。
For example, start with the Skyrim bilingual subtitle project.

不要同时做字幕包、音乐包、作者平台、书库改革、文化衫和十几个网站。
Do not simultaneously build subtitle packs, music packs, an author platform, library reforms, T-shirts, and ten websites.

最后，我认为你真正要建立的是这样的生活Finally, I Think This Is the Life Structure You Need

不是：
Not:

“我要尽可能多工作，剩下时间再给家庭、英语、睡眠和事工。”
“I will work as much as possible, and give the remaining time to family, English, sleep, and ministry.”

而是：
Instead:

“我要先建立一个可以活很多年的生活结构，然后在这个结构里面挣钱。”
“I will first build a life structure that I can sustain for many years, and then earn money within that structure.”

你不需要停止网络事工才能挣钱。
You do not need to stop your online ministry in order to earn money.

你也不需要停止挣钱才能服事。
You do not need to stop earning money in order to serve.

真正需要改变的是：不要让任何一个项目吞掉全部生命。
What needs to change is this: do not allow any one project to consume your whole life.

对你来说，我认为最可能成功的不是找到一个“月入一万美元的新项目”。
For you, the most realistic path is probably not finding a new project that suddenly makes $10,000 per month.

更现实的是逐渐形成：
A more realistic path is gradually building:

稳定工作 + 5–10个泳池 + 网站客户 + 本地技术服务 + 少量跑单 + 长期数字资产。
Stable work + five to ten pools + website customers + local technical services + limited gig driving + long-term digital assets.

一旦这几个收入来源慢慢叠加起来，你对任何一个平台、一个老板或者一个客户的依赖都会降低。
Once these income sources begin to stack together, your dependence on any single platform, employer, or customer will decrease.

而这，我认为才是最适合你现在情况的“平衡点”。
And I think this is the kind of “balance point” that best fits your current situation.
