Scripture teaches us to respect lawful authority.
政府的使命是维护秩序并惩治作恶。
Government is called to uphold order and restrain evil.
政府不是神，也不能要求人违背神。
Government is not God and cannot rightly command us to disobey God.
顺服权柄与坚持良心必须一起理解。
Submission to authority and faithfulness to conscience must be understood together.
