Lesson 37: Love Must Never Be Separated from Truth
一、信仰宣告
I. Statement of Faith
我们相信，基督徒应当彰显神的慈爱和怜悯。
We believe Christians should show God’s love and mercy.
我们甚至应当爱仇敌，为逼迫我们的人祷告。
We should even love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us.
我们应当尽自己的力量与众人和睦。
As far as it depends on us, we should live at peace with everyone.
但是，圣经所说的爱绝不是对罪恶无条件地认同。
But biblical love never means unconditional approval of sin.
真正的爱必须与真理同行。
True love must walk together with truth.
马太福音 5:43–44
> 「你们听见有话说：『当爱你的邻舍，恨你的仇敌。』只是我告诉你们：要爱你们的仇敌，为那逼迫你们的祷告。」
“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemies.’ But I tell you, love your enemies. Pray for those who hurt you.”
基督徒不能用维护真理作为仇恨人的借口。
Christians cannot use defending truth as an excuse for hating people.
我们可以坚定反对一个人的错误，却仍然爱这个人。
We can firmly oppose a person’s error while still loving that person.
罗马书 12:18
> 「若是能行，总要尽力与众人和睦。」
“Do your best to live in peace with everyone.”
这里有一个非常重要的限定：
“若是能行。”
“If it is possible.”
和平非常重要，但和平不是最高原则。
Peace is very important, but peace is not the highest principle.
我们不能为了和平而否认真理。
We cannot deny truth in order to keep peace.
约翰一书 1:5
> 「神就是光，在他毫无黑暗。这是我们从主所听见、又报给你们的信息。」
“God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all.”
神不只是爱。
God is not only love.
神也是圣洁、公义和光。
God is also holy, righteous, and light.
因此，我们不能只谈“神爱你”，却永远不谈罪、悔改、审判和圣洁。
Therefore, we cannot only say, “God loves you,” while never speaking about sin, repentance, judgment, and holiness.
以赛亚书 56:10
> 「他看守的人是瞎眼的，都没有知识，都是哑巴狗，不能叫唤；但知做梦、躺卧、贪睡。」
神特别责备那些本来应该守望，却在危险来到时保持沉默的人。
God especially rebukes those who should be watchmen but remain silent when danger comes.
家庭应用
Family Application
我们不能成为两种极端的人。
We must avoid two extremes.
第一种：只有真理，没有爱心。
First: truth without love.
第二种：只有所谓的爱，却没有真理。
Second: so-called love without truth.
圣经要求我们“用爱心说诚实话”。
The Bible calls us to speak the truth in love.
